Born in Fullerton and raised in Diamond Bar, California Joe Janesin found out quickly, after being titled the “Class Clown” in high school that he was going to lead a life of comedy. Oddly enough he was voted “Most likely to become an American Idol,” although he does not sing. While in high school Joe started his career in entertainment by getting his first job in the Disneyland parades. Joe continued his career in theme parks by showcasing his talent at Knott’s Berry Farm (Hacks Comedy Show), Universal Studios, and Sea World (Cirque De La Mer).
After college is when Joe went full force and started to pursue his love for laughter. Having a background in Improv comedy and Stand-up comedy, Joe has been seen at the Irvine Improv, The Comedy Cellar in New York City and The Comedy Co-Op in San Diego, California. Now Joe has been chosen to host Punch Television Network’s hilarious new show Punch Me Funny.
Punch Me Funny chose Joe for the hosting of our comedy show because he was not only funny, witty, and intelligent but has natural talent. As the host of Punch Me Funny Joe will be performing his comical stand up routines, and introducing other young talent. Joe and his crew of talented young people will be visiting high schools in the San Bernardino County and Los Angeles County area, so look out for them at a school near you!
Joe’s goal in life is to change the world with laughter and he thanks you for joining him on his journey. Laugh on!
